The Idiot proof Diet Menu is inside the Idiot Proof Diet Ebook.  Im sure you’re at this page because you want to see what a sample menu of the Idiot Proof Diet looks like.  Although we cannot give you an entire sample menu, we are going to give you a few days worth so you have an idea of how simple this diet menu is. Day 1 Menu

Idiot Proof Diet Menu Meal # 1

  • Bacon Strips
  • Chicken
  • Bowl of Green Beans

Idiot Proof Diet Menu -Meal # 2

  • Roast Beef Slices
  • Ham Slices

Idiot Proof Diet Menu -Meal # 3

  • Low Fat Milk
  • Regular Cheese slices
  • Fresh Strawberries

Day 2 Menu
( The Fruit Only Day for 3 Meals
plus Meat Sandwich)

  • 2 pieces of bread
  • any meat
  • lettuce, tomatoes and onions (optional items)

Idiot Proof Diet Menu -Meal  #2, 3 & 4
The next 3 meals on this Diet Menu are all fresh fruit meals

  • Oranges
  • Pears
  • Apples
  • Grapes
  • Peaches
  • Plums
  • Strawberries
  • Kiwis
  • Grapefruit

For the fruit, you may eat as much as you want and no limit on portions.

Day 3 Basically, its similar to day 1, except with other foods I had selected. I am only giving you 2 days worth of sample meals to show you that you do not have to starve on this diet.

Per the Diet Handbook, you should eat 3 times per day.  Keep in mind that these foods can be eaten in any order and that you can eat until you feel satisfied.  You don’t have to go hungry on this diet.

Note: You may eat all of the foods listed below or just one.
