What is the Idiot Proof Diet?

The Idiot Proof Diet is an online diet based on the theory of shifting calorie types to lose weight.  This diet teaches you how to eat in order to “trick” your metabolism into burning more calories each and every day!  The best part about this diet is that you get to eat more often each day.  You do have to follow the online diet menu it generates, but you get to choose the foods you want to eat.

Why is it called the Idiot Proof Diet?

Because it is just that.  When you download this diet, it gives you access to their online diet generator immediately.  You log in and choose from over 30 different foods.  All you do is select what you like. You press “submit” and presto!  It creates a meal plan for you for the next 11 days.  It’s Idiot Proof because that’s all you do.  You don’t have to count any calories, keep track of what you’ve eaten, etc.

What is the Idiot Proof Diet Handbook?

The Idiot Proof Diet Handbook is separate from the Online Diet Generator and Diet Menu. This is a down-loadable book that comes in pdf format for you to read on your computer or print out.

This handbook explains the 3 types of calories and how you can manipulate them to lose weight. It explains how this is used and implemented in their online diet generator.

It also gives plenty of weight loss tips and what you should and should not do. It will explain the types of drinks you should be drinking in conjunction with their diet as well as condiments that “can” be used and which ones to “not” use.

It will also go over how much water you should be drinking to lose weight and what to order when you go to a restaurant. It is a very information book in which I learned a lot of tips that I use daily. Just by using these tips, I have lost several pounds without having done anything else. When I applied these tips in conjunction with their diet, I lost a lot of weight in under a month.

I didn’t quite lose the “9″ pounds in 11 days that this diet boasts about, but I did lose an average of 6 pounds each and every time I’ve done this diet.

Idiot Proof Diet Menu and Sample Menu
The Idiot proof Diet Menu is created by the Online Diet Generator.  I’m sure you’re at this page because you want to see what a sample menu of the Idiot Proof Diet looks like.  Although we cannot give you an entire sample menu, we are going to give you a few days worth so you have an idea of how simple this diet menu is.

Keep in mind that the sample menu created below was created with foods I chose from the online diet generator.  These were only foods “I” selected and wanted to eat.  If you were to download the Idiot Proof Diet, the foods “you” choose from the list of 30 foods would be there instead.

Per the Diet Handbook, you should eat 4 times per day.  Keep in mind that these foods can be eaten in any order and that you can eat until you feel satisfied.  You don’t have to go hungry on this diet.

Day 2

  • Peaches

For the fruit, you may eat as much as you want and no limit on portions.

Day 3 – Basically, its similar to day 1, except with other foods I had selected. I am only giving you 2 days worth of sample meals to show you that you do not have to starve on this diet.

What exactly is the Idiot Proof Diet Generator?
It’s as the name states… it generates a diet menu for you that’s idiot proof. Let me explain. The Idiot Proof Diet is a diet based on shifting calories and alternating between different types of foods each day.

By doing this, it is increasing your metabolism to not only burn more calories, but to burn fat tissue. In order to do this, you have to know what types of foods to eat and in what order.

The Idiot Proof Diet Generator does just that. Once you download the diet, you are able to log in to the system and choose from over 30 different foods (foods you like to eat) and select the ones you want to eat during the diet.

The Idiot Proof Diet Generator takes what you have selected and creates an 11 day meal plan for you. Each meal includes the foods you selected but it has them in the order you should eat them. By eating them in this order and eating four times per day, you will lose weight.
